Managing Director - Alan Manly    

Alan is the Managing Director of Group Colleges Australia, incorporating UIC, Central College, Metro English College and St James College. As Managing Director he is responsible for the corporate planning and governance of the group of companies. Alan has over thirty years experience in business management in industries including, technology and education. He has twenty years experience as a Company Director with private and public companies. He is a former Director of the Australian Council of Private Education and Training (ACPET) and is a current member of the ACPET NSW State Committee. Alan is a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Australian Computer Society and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Principal - Jenny McCarthy    

Jenny has a Bachelor of Business (Management) and a Master of Business (International Marketing), both from UTS. Jenny joined Central College in July 1999 when it was initially established, after being involved in the development of the Marketing Plan to instigate and deliver Distance Learning.

Prior to becoming involved in private education, Jenny worked in the Applications Development of Westpac Banking Corporation, holding various positions up to managerial level. She brings to Central College’s management team over ten years’ experience in private education in various roles from Operations Manager to Principal of large private business colleges.
